Editing rates

There are different types of editing and proofreading. Look below for the explanations of each:

Proofreading - $15 per 1000 words

Checks for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
This should be done after all other edits are complete. It's the final check of your product.

Developmental Editing - $50/hr

Comprehensive edit that includes checking for readability, flow, repetition, pacing, momentum, dialogue, word choice, and overall strength of writing. Partial rewrites as needed. 2 Revisions Included

Line Editing - $40/hr

In-Depth grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, flow, and readability.
